Duran Duran - Capitol Theatre, Port Chester, NY, 8-2-2015

Here's another concert coming to you thanks to the April 2026 leak of mono soundboard bootlegs from the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York. This time, it's the band Duran Duran.

This concert took place about a month before the band released their studio album "Paper Gods." But the band only played one song from that album, the lead single, "Pressure Off."

At this point, the band had four of the five members they had in their early 1980s peak: Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor, and Roger Taylor. The fifth, Andy Taylor, left the band in 2006.

This album is an hour and 30 minutes long.

The cover image is from this exact concert. I actually found two images I really liked from this concert. I asked musical friends Fabio from Rio and GW which one I should pick, since I couldn't decide. They talked me into picking the one up above.

But Fabio from Rio had pity on me and used an AI program to turn the other picture into a back cover, in case anyone wants one of those. So thanks to Fabio for that. It doesn't show the band very well, but it shows what a grand venue the Capitol Theatre is.
