Bruce Springsteen - Cover Songs, Volume 5: 1978-1980

Another day, another Bruce Springsteen covers album. This one covers 1978 to 1980.

I only have a couple of comments this time around. Ten out of the 14 songs are officially released, thanks to the many dozens of albums Springsteen has officially released in recent years. (All of them are digital only, by the way.) But the other four come from soundboards and sound great as well.

Note that the medley "Devil with a Blue Dress On - See See Rider - Good Golly Miss Molly - Jenny Take a Ride" is normally called the "Detroit Medley" by Springsteen fans. Springsteen has played that medley in concert hundreds of times, sometimes with songs added in or removed.
