King Crimson - Capitol Theater, Port Chester, NY, 11-15-2017

Here's another concert from the April 2026 Capitol Theatre in Port Chester soundboard leak where some people asked for it to be posted sooner rather than later. It features King Crimson.

The British prog rock band King Crimson has changed personnel many times since their first album in 1969. The one constant has been guitarist and band leader Robert Fripp.

The last studio album the band released was in 2003. However, they continued to come up with occasional new songs. This concert is pretty similar to "Live in Chicago," a live album recorded on June 28, 2017. Like that one, this includes a couple of new songs, such as "The Errors," plus radically revamped versions of many songs, especially those from from the early 1970s.

As far as I know, nobody else has shared this before with the individual songs. I must say, it was a rear pain in the butt for me to figure out where one song started and the next one ended, due to the nature of these songs, which often flowed into each other. But hopefully I got most of it right.

This album is two hours and 47 minutes long.

  1. Thanks Paul!

And don't worry about the splitting. IF there are complaints about that.......let them do it themselves and post it themselves

    And next up Chris Stapleton??

  2. If you want this, grab it quickly. Mr. Fripp (and his vivacious wife Toyah) will gladly share wild renditions of classic rockers online but are stingier with his own work. He has still not committed to putting KC's entire catalogue on streaming.

  3. Is there a missing song #3, or just a mis-numbering? Thanks.

  4. Thanks for this....I understand how tough it is to split some of this

  5. Thank you, indeed. The track entitled "Lizard" is actually "Battle of the Glass Tears" which is a chunk out of the Lizard suite. Yes I'm a nerd.
